  I feel sorry for these guys they clearly have no idea how to make a restaurant nice. It wouldn't take that much to make this place better. Get rid of the dirty fish tank in the window for starters, the gold fish all look really sick. The plastic tablecloths and general grime would also be quite easy to dispose of. I can't comment on the food as we realized we had made a huge mistake after we sat down and when the waiter told us it would be an extra half hour on top of the normal wait for our food (despite it being almost empty) and then proceeded to ignore us, we slipped out the door and went to a pub across the road.
  
  I don't know if this is common in Scotland, but no self respecting Asian restaurant should have French fries on the menu!
